CrossFit PTV Programs
Our programs were developed to meet your individual needs while assisting you in reaching your goals. From your Initial Consultation and Membership Enrollment, CrossFit PTV is here to guide you on your journey of a lifetime of fitness.
Our Fundamentals program is a 6-class course designed to instruct you on the basics of CrossFit, including the methodology and philosophy behind CrossFit, form and technique of our fundamental movements, and nutritional strategies we use to get results. During these sessions we will ramp up the intensity based on your ability and assess your movements to create a program to improve your flexibility, performance, and safety. Once you test out of Fundamentals, you would then move to the Group Class setting.
Once you have been cleared, either through completion of our Fundamentals program or provide proof of previous CrossFit experience, you can join our regular Group Classes. You will continue to master movements, learn skills, accept challenges, develop strengths and address weaknesses. Child care is available at select class times, mornings and evenings, 5 days a week. CrossFit Kids PTV offers Preschoolers, Kids and Teens the opportunity to do CrossFit workouts designed for their developmental needs. CF KIds PTV aims to maximize their phyical skills while keeping them engaged and entertained.
PTV Barbell Club offers specialized Olympic Weightlifting programming, focusing on the Clean and Jerk, and the Snatch. Because these lifts are complex and technical, these classes allow an extended period of time for you to focus on the intricacies of these lifts. These lifts bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strength training.
Open Gym is a time when members have the opportunity to use the facility to complete missed workouts, work on strength, practice skills or work on mobility. Trainers are on hand to oversee, assist and coach those in attendance.
Skill clinics are available to allow you time to work on specific skills, like gymnastic skills or Olympic Lifts. You have an entire class session to focus on your specific needs, all under the lead of a trainer. Check the schedule for dates and times.
For those interested in focusing on a particular movement, skill or lift, personal training is available with all trainers. Personal Training allows one-on-one coaching, leading to quicker skill development.
