CrossFit’s Three-Part Charter – Mechanics, Consistency, Intensity – directs CFPTV in programming, coaching and education. Mechanics is the ability to move PROPERLY, in the most efficient, effective and safe manner possible. Once the mechanics of the movements are performed consistently, increased intensity will follow.
